Gen H is a mortgage lender. This means that when you submit an application, you are applying for a Gen H mortgage. As a lender we decide whether you qualify for the mortgage and, if you do, it's Gen H that provides the money.

We have in-house mortgage advisors that will provide you with free mortgage advice on our products and will help you through your journey.

A mortgage broker is an intermediary who can recommend a number of different mortgage lenders and will then submit your application to that lender on your behalf, they may charge a fee for this service.

Contact us via email or live chat to see how we can help. We’d love to hear from you!
