At Gen H, we have in-house qualified advisors to hold this advice call with you.

During your advice call, the advisor will go through your circumstances and priorities and discuss the most suitable mortgage options for you. They will go through things like the length of your mortgage (mortgage term), your monthly repayment amounts and the best initial interest rate for you.

Who needs to be there?

All applicants who are going on the mortgage, including Income Boosters. As you’ll all be equally liable for the mortgage, it’s crucial that you all hear your options and make choices that suit everyone.

What do you need to do before the call?

There are two important documents that everyone needs to read before the call.

  1. Initial Disclosure Document

  2. Terms of Business

Your advisor will ask if you have read them, they legally have to check!

You’ll also need to make sure that each applicant’s profile is complete and you’ve provided details of the property on which you’ve had an offer accepted.
