Your age will determine the mortgage term available to you.

If you are applying for a mortgage on your own, we could lend up to a maximum age of 75 years old.

When applying with someone else (including an income booster), the mortgage term can run to the owner's 85th birthday and can often go past your income booster's 85th birthday.

You can find more information about Ejector seats in this video.

As part of your application we'll ask about your planned retirement age. This is to ensure that you’ll be able to repay your mortgage if it extends into your retirement.

What about the minimum age?

If you're buying as a group, one applicant must be 21 years of age. The other applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

If you are buying alone the minimum age is 21.
