To get the ball rolling you don't need to have an offer accepted on a property. You can complete our affordability calculator, create a customer profile, get a mortgage in principle, and speak to a member of the Gen H team either on webchat or on the phone.

However, to proceed through to an advice meeting with a mortgage advisor you would need to have had an offer accepted. This is because before we can discuss the most suitable mortgage product for you, we need to know details about the property you're hoping to purchase.
