We have teamed up with Juno Legal to provide you with conveyancing services.

While Juno take care of your conveyancing work, we work closely with you and them to ensure your purchase remains on track and you are kept in the loop. We are here to help you throughout the conveyancing process, so if you have any questions, you always have someone on hand to reach out to at Generation Home.

To provide this service to you, we have agreed preferential conveyancing rates with Juno Legal which we pass on to you. This includes a discounted fee, which includes full property searches, all conveyancing work to completion, bank transfer costs, and Land Registry registration fees.

How do I kick off conveyancing?

  1. If you would like to proceed with Juno Legal as your conveyancer, we will invoice you directly for the conveyancing service fee.

  2. We then provide Juno Legal with your purchase details.

  3. Juno then reach out to you directly to introduce themselves and provide confirmation of their instructions to act on your behalf. They will then assign a case manager to you so that you have a point of contact during the conveyancing.

  4. Juno will also reach out to your estate agent and the seller’s solicitors and you’ll be receiving updates from Juno and your Generation Home Customer Champion as you proceed.

What if I want to use a different conveyancing solicitor?

You are free to appoint your own conveyancing solicitor.

Please be aware that there will be a £400 (inc VAT) fee payable direct to Juno Legal to cover the legal work they must complete on behalf of Generation Home. Your conveyancer will not be able to complete this work.

This is typically referred to as separate representation. Please let your conveyancer know if this is how you wish to proceed.
