Who are we and how are we different?

Generation Home is a residential mortgage lender aimed at helping first-time buyers and home movers. Our mission is to make everyone a homeowner.

We offer income booster and deposit booster features to give our customers more options and allow them to get onto the property ladder sooner. We specialise in lending to groups and can typically lend you more than your average high-street bank.

We are a new and passionate lender that are motivated by providing better ways for families to lend a hand and enabling millions to help where they couldn’t before.

We started lending in October 2020 and are now a growing team of over 70 dedicated individuals.

We currently lend in England and Wales.
