On completion, we require the property to be habitable. This means that we cannot lend on any property that requires major renovation.

On completion, we require the property to be habitable (be able to live in it). This means that we would be unable to lend on any property that required heavy renovation.

However, if there are any light work that you wanted to complete on the property after completion, we would be able to accept this providing:

-The property remains habitable

-The works do not void any insurance policies

-The value of the property is not negatively impacted
