How do I use the Gen H dashboard?

Once you have completed our affordability calculator, you will be able to log in to your Gen H dashboard.

You will be able to follow the steps to getting your advice call booked in. If you need any help along the way, speak to us on live chat or book a call using the “Book a call” button at the bottom. You can find a guide on how to book a call with us here.

Obtain a mortgage in principle

The first step of building your profile is to provide us with some more details about you and to complete our soft credit check. This will not affect your credit file. Once completed, provided all is okay, you will be able to download a mortgage in principle. You can take this with you to property viewings.

Once you’ve had an offer accepted, you will also be able to let us know all the details about the property.

Book your advice call.

You will then be able to schedule your advice call. Your advisor will be able to review your application with you and answer any questions you may have.

Finalise your purchase

Let us know your preferences for the survey, deposit splits and conveyancing. This will help us get your application moving as smoothly as possible.

If you’re wanting to tweak some details you can edit your deposit amount, as well as add or remove any applicants.
