During your mortgage application, you will be required to upload your bank statements for our underwriters to review. You may be unsure how to do so, so here are some guides on how to do this depending on who you bank with.
Natwest | Halifax | HSBC | Lloyds | Santander | Nationwide | Barclays | TSB | Co-op | Virgin Money | Monzo | Starling | Metro | RBS
Once you have downloaded your bank statements, you will need to upload them via the Gen H dashboard.
Before you do so, please ensure that the document name/title includes the date or time frame the bank statement relates to.
For example: Bank statement_March 2022
Where you’re unable to download your bank statements or receive postal copies, please scan or photograph all the pages relating to the required time frame (usually your latest months). Rename the images/scans following the example below and upload your bank statements to your dashboard.
For example: Bank statement_March 2022_page 1
Document type- i.e. “Bank statement”
Date range
Page number or number sequence where pages are to be uploaded separately
You can upload your documents via the Gen H dashboard, by clicking “document verification” and uploading them under the correct applicant.
