Welcome call

This is an initial call to speak with the team about any questions you have regarding Generation Home, the mortgage process, or what you need to do next. The team will be able to help answer any general questions you have on Generation Home and how to get a mortgage with us.

Introduction call

An introduction call is your chance to ask our mortgage experts any questions you have about your application. They will be able to review your file for you and let you know how much we could look to lend to you.

Our experts will also be able to help guide you on the next steps and get you in the best position possible. For example, they will be able to make sure we have all of the information we need from you for our underwriters to review.

You do not have to worry if you do not yet have an offer accepted on a property! Your Mortgage Expert will be there to guide you along the journey to having your offer accepted on a property and help you get ready for your advice call. You can have multiple calls with a Mortgage Expert if you wanted to.

Advice call

Have you got an offer accepted on a property and are you ready to submit your application? Now is the best time to book your advice call. You will speak with one of our Mortgage Advisors to make sure you are happy with the details before submitting your application to our underwriters.

We would require all applicants, including income boosters to be present for this call. This is to ensure everyone is happy with the mortgage application before submission and to give you all the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have.
