Great news! You have completed your mortgage! Your dashboard will now be a central hub to see up to date details about your mortgage payments and the equity you are building as you pay.

This includes:

  • Who owns what?- A breakdown of ownership between owners and boosters, including your ownership set up (Joint Tenants, Tenants in Common, Dynamic Ownership)

  • How much of the property do I own outright? You can now view the amount of equity each person has accumulated through monthly payments or overpayments.

  • A full history of payments and overpayments on your mortgage.

You can log in to this here. If you have any issues logging in, reach out to our team via email or live chat.

Frequently asked Questions

On the Equity History page, it doesn’t show my full monthly payment. Why is this?

Your monthly payment is comprised of capital and interest. The capital is the amount that goes towards repaying your mortgage and therefore adds to the amount of equity you have in your home. The amount shown on this page will show the amount of your regular monthly payment that has been added to your equity (minus the interest).
