We’ll send you an email once the person you’ve referred has had their advice call and has let us know that you were the one to refer them. We’ll also get in touch again once the referral has been successful with information about how to claim your £500 referral fee.
If your referee decides to opt out of the referral or they do not proceed to complete a mortgage with us, we'll notify you by email that you are no longer eligible for the £500 referral fee.
If you want to follow up, you can reach us by email or by phone, but please be aware that we can’t share information about your referee’s mortgage with you.
