Your monthly repayments go toward your main mortgage. These don’t go toward repaying your boost.
Any boost repayments you make are totally up to you. The only time you'd have to repay your boost is if you wanted to remortgage to a standard mortgage, with us or another lender, when you sell, or at the end of your mortgage term.
You can repay your boost in cash by making part repayments after the first anniversary of your loan, or a full repayment any time, as long as the payments on your main mortgage is up-to-date.
You could also repay the boost by remortgaging with additional borrowing, or when you sell your property.
