You can remortgage without repaying your boost, but you’ll have to choose from the New Build Boost family of mortgage rates.
You won’t be able to remortgage to a standard mortgage, with us or anyone else, until you've repaid your boost in full.
We also won't usually allow additional borrowing while the boost is outstanding.
You may be able to remortgage with additional borrowing to clear your boost, at which point you could go to another lender or stay with us depending on what’s right for you.
