We administer all of New Build Boost, so when you sell your home, you'll redeem your mortgage and pay off your boost directly with us.
If you sell during a fixed period, you'll have to pay early repayment charges on your main mortgage.
You'll only need to repay Gen H for your mortgage and boost.
