How and when will my property be valued?

We will value your property quarterly and use this information to determine how much you’ll owe on the boost. 

You can dispute this valuation if you don’t agree with it. If you do, we’ll hire a RICS valuer to value your property and you’ll have to pay for it.

We’ll use their valuation whether that is higher or lower than our original valuation.
