If you plan to have someone living with you who isn’t on the mortgage we would need them to sign an Occupier Waiver Form if they are over 17 years of age.

If your mortgage application has already been completed before you decide someone will move in with you an Occupier Waiver Form isn’t necessary. Your mortgage terms and conditions state that if during the term of the mortgage, a non-owner above the age of 17 years old intends to occupy the property, you must tell us and provide details of the intended occupier.
