We're currently switching to a new payment provider, GoCardless. They'll handle the collection of your monthly payment each month.

As a part of this switch, your bank may notify you that a Direct Debit mandate has been created with GoCardless. You can check it over and make sure the details are correct, and let us know if you have any questions.

You’ll also hear from GoCardless each month to confirm your payment is about to leave your account.
