Why are you changing payment providers?

This change will help make our payments and accounting systems more robust.

Since we started lending, our payment collection process has had a delay.

The process to collect your monthly payment would be started on the day you choose, but that the payment may not actually leave your account until up to 5 days later.

By switching to our new payment provider, GoCardless, your payment will be taken on your chosen payment day (or the next working day, if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday) – not a few days after the fact.

It’s a more robust system that means greater certainty for you.
