We're switching to a new payment provider called GoCardless. Once we've made the switch, we'll take your mortgage payments on your chosen payment day every month.

If you’re happy with your chosen payment day, you don’t need to take any action.

If you want to switch your payment day in light of this adjustment, you can do so via your dashboard.

You won’t be able to change your payment between the 2nd and 27th September while we make the switch.
