All borrowers on the mortgage have to make their monthly mortgage payments on the same day each month.

That means if anyone on the mortgage changes the payment day, this will apply to all borrowers automatically.

We'll notify all borrowers via email of any change and who made it. Make sure you have a chat with everyone on the mortgage to ensure any new payment day works for them, too.
