We're moving all customer Direct Debit mandates to GoCardless.

As part of this move, we're required by BACS – who are responsible for the schemes behind the clearing and settlement of UK automated payment methods, such as Direct Debit – to provide customers with a letter that sets out the details of this change.

If you're a customer, your BACS letter is tailored depending on your contractual monthly payment date.

  • BACS letter for customers whose contractual monthly payment day falls between the 8th and the 22nd of each month

  • BACS letter for customers whose contractual monthly payment day falls between the 23rd and the 7th of each month
