If a payment is missed, or unsuccessful we will contact you to see what has happened and check to see if you are having any difficulties, or if this has just been an oversight.
If we cannot get in touch with you, or you are unable to pay by the time it reaches the due date, this is when it is officially classed as a missed payment, and it may then have credit file implications.
