You can choose your payment date. Some homeowners like to align their mortgage payment with their payday, but it's entirely up to you.

When do I pay my mortgage?

You can view this via your Gen H dashboard.

Your first payment will be 7 working days after your mortgage completes, or your preferred payment date, whichever is later.

Your first mortgage payment will be the full monthly payment amount shown on your mortgage documents.

Mortgage payments are made up of principal and interest. Read to find out more.

It can take up to five working days for the monthly payment you make to be taken from your account to clear.

If you miss a mortgage payment it is important you contact us to understand more and see how we can help you.

Gen H can't accept mortgage payments from a credit card.

You're required to cover your whole mortgage payment each month, but how you split payments is up to you.
