No, we do not offer mortgages on any sort of auction property.

On completion, we require the property to be habitable. This means that we cannot lend on any property that requires major renovation.

We are able to lend on ex-council properties, provided they meet our minimum value requirements below.

We can offer mortgages on probate properties once probate has been granted.
